When registering for the league, we collect the following data from participating players:

  • Nationality
  • Address
  • Mother tongue
  • Hockey club, player position
  • Jersey size, skill level
  • Free-form notes

Data from the registrant (if different):

  • First name, last name

  • Street, postal code/city

Payment-related data:

  • Payment status
  • Stripe Payment Intent ID
  • Stripe Session ID
  • Confirmation/reference number

This data is necessary for league organization, communication, team assignment, and payment processing.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

  • Conducting and organizing the Swiss Summer Hockey League
  • Team and group assignment
  • Communication (e.g., confirmations, updates, important information)
  • Invoice creation and payment status management
  • Administration of participants
  • We do not use data for advertising outside the league and do not share it with third parties except as outlined below.

4. Sharing with Service Providers

4.1 Stripe (Payment Processing)

We use Stripe for payments. Stripe processes payment data according to its own privacy policy. Complete credit card information is not stored by us.

4.2 Baserow.io (Registration Data Storage)

Data collected in the registration form is stored in a secure Baserow.io database. Baserow processes data solely on our behalf.

4.3 Email Sending

Confirmation and information emails are sent via our own mail server. Only data necessary for sending is used.

4.4 Vercel Analytics (Anonymous Web Analytics)

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Analytics are anonymized and no personal data is stored.

4.5 Google Maps (Embedded Iframe)

Our website uses an embedded Google Maps iframe. Google may technically process connection data (e.g., IP address). Google Maps is operated by Google LLC.

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for league organization and legal retention requirements (e.g., accounting).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Data transmission is conducted via encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Participants and legal guardians have the following rights:
